Haven't updated in blog in ages. A lot of changes in my life.
I am focusing on cycling this year. Will probably do a half-iron, but not really swimming or running that much. I'm doing crits!

My sister's friend had a canned good labelled "fish assholes." When you shook it, there was obviously something in the can. I wonder what it was....
