1.Left track early on Monday; it started late, so only got 40 minutes of running in.
2. Missed track and ballet on Wed because it was cold and rainy and I just went home and ate something warm and climbed into bed.
3. Did only 2000 meters of open water swim instead of 4000
4. DID NOT RIDE AT ALL ON SATURDAY. THERE I ADMITTED IT. I STAYED IN BED ALL DAY, EATING CHEETOS AND QUESO AND COOKIES.
5. Run on Sunday was in the Silicon Labs marathon relay. I ran the first 12 K and was going to run the whole thing, or last 20+ miles for my long run. I started having bad left hip pain (more hip flexor than ITB) and left ankle pain, so stopped after 13 miles. Now my back hurts - what did I do to myself?!
Hope this week will be better.
My saving grace in regards to not being too worried about Florida is that I did a half-Iron (Buffalo Springs) early in the season without too much training, and also did a century ride in June without any difficulty.
Still...it makes me feel guilty and depressed when I don't do most of my training right.
Also, I ate WAY too much candy last week.
Also, boys suck.
the end.
