I did one swim, 1 spin class, did long bike and still contemplating doing some of the long run.
I guess instead of complaining about stuff, I decided to DO something, so I started the "Turtles" riding group, which is anyone who is slower than everyone else! Thanks Priscilla for riding with me. I think there are enough people to have a group who can keep track of one another.
I still feel poopy though.
Oh, I am doing some other exercise too. I did join the "Boot Camp" at work. Sadly, I'm not the best or fastest! (well, 3 people ran the mile faster than me, and 2 were guys and my co-worker can do more situps than me! and she just had a baby!) It's about an hour workout with some running, some core. It's a nice little workout and feels over so quickly! So I guess I can count 3 of those.
